We accept payments by Stripe Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

When checking out, you will be redirected to Stripe Payment pay to complete our transaction. Please follow the instruction in Stripe Payment page and rest assure that your account information is covered by Stripe Payment policy.

We do NOT accept other method of payment, including cash on delivery, bank transfer and other type of payment that is not mentioned in our policy.

Our product price is in US dollar and all transactions made from our website is in US dollar only. We do NOT hold any responsible for extra charge or benefit from such charge if customer tries to pay in foreign currency.

a) Order and Personal Data

When you place an order in our online shop, we require certain personal data to process your order and complete the contract. Mandatory fields needed to process the contract are clearly marked; all other information is optional. You can enter your data just once for the order or create a password-protected user account using your email address, where your data will be stored for future purchases until you revoke your consent. You can deactivate or delete your data and user account at any time through your account settings.

To protect your personal data from unauthorized access by third parties, our order process is encrypted using TLS technology. We use the data you provide to process your order, which includes providing individualized customer service. During order processing, we may share personal data with one of our third-party production companies within our group or with a shipping company appointed by the production companies.

b) Fraud Prevention Check

During the order process, we also conduct a fraud prevention check via our payment gateway, Stripe. This check includes using your IP address for geolocation and comparing your data with previous transactions. This may result in the inability to place an order with the selected payment method. Our goal is to prevent the misuse of your chosen payment method by third parties and to protect ourselves from payment defaults. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1) Sentence 1(f) GDPR.

As this involves automated decision-making, you have the right to contest the decision (such as the refusal of a specific payment method) and have it reviewed by a human. In such cases, please contact us using the details provided in Section 1. Note that the payment method may have been rejected due to a typing error, so please check your entered information during the order process.
