Signed declarations will be retained as part of our records.
- For requests to correct or delete personal information, we will verify identity to a reasonable or reasonably high degree, depending on the sensitivity of the personal information and the risk of harm associated with unauthorized deletion. Our determination of the appropriate standard will be made in good faith.
If no reasonable method exists to verify your identity, we will clearly state so in response to a request to know or delete personal information, providing an explanation for the absence of a reasonable verification method.
