Shipping Time

Standard Shipping

All of our products are produced only after successful payment. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, your order will take 4 – 6 business days to process.

  • Delivery Time: 10 – 15 business days.
  • Total time you receive your order = Order Handling Time + Delivery Time = 14 – 21 business days.

Express Shipping

All of our products are produced only after successful payment. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, your order will take 3 – 5 business days to process.

  • Total time you receive your order = Order Handling Time + Delivery Time = 10 – 15 business days.

Our offer for delivery is Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, delivery service covered by USPS, Yun Express or FedEx as our choice. Delivery is on process from Monday to Saturday. Our delivery is off on Sunday and public holidays.

Our warehouse directly utilizes the services of Planet Express, a logistics provider with multiple warehouses in the US and UK, facilitating storage and international shipping.

Shipping fee

Our Standard Shipping fee is at $6.99. Any order which purchase from $150 or more, after applying promo code if any, is eligible to be free of charge.

Our Express Shipping fee is at $30.09*number of cart items.

Shipping Unit

The information provided by the customer, including full name, email, phone number, and delivery address, will be sent to three main carriers for delivery: USPS, FedEx, and Yun Express.

Once the customer’s order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number and the carrier’s information. In case the customer needs to check the status of their order, they can directly view it at the link of the respective carrier below.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customer is fully responsible for all delivery information such as name of receiver, contact phone number, delivery address and email address when placing order. In case customer wrongly input such a information, which leads to loss or damage the package, or occur extra cost to re-deliver such a package, customer shall bear all cost that may occurred due to such incorrect information.

Please check your delivery information before placing order to us. We cannot hold any responsibility for any incorrect information provided by customer.

Taxes

We cover shipping tax or other taxes when customer make a purchase in our website. Everything customer have to pay is product prices and shipping fee if any to have product delivered to provided address.

Working Days

We work from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am – 5 pm – (UTC-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

We are off on Sunday and other holidays! However, we are always on track. Please send us your email anytime once you need our assist.

What if my order goes missing?

If you believe that your order goes missing or out of your tracking, please contact us by sending an email to support@cobanaroom.com. We will check the status of order and have our official feedback by email. Please kindly track your order with your Order ID and Email address in advance.

The process for missing order is as below:

  • Customer informs us by email if they believe that the order goes missing.
  • We confirm the status of order and inform customer within 2 business days.
  • If the order is confirmed to be missed, we determine the root of the issue and inform customer. There will be a replacement or a refund will be initiated under customer’s decision. Please read our Refund and Return policy for details.
